Case Study

Client: Berkeley Homes
Project: Residential Development Brochure

Brief:
Design a premium brochure for Emperor Point, a new major phase for Woodberry Down in East London, comprising a 20-storey tower with 108 apartments. Present the development brochure in a refined, aspirational and easy-to-understand way. A major focus was creating high-quality, clear floorplans that were both technically accurate and visually engaging for buyers.

Approach:
I developed a clean, structured layout system using elegant typography, architectural linework and rich imagery. I fully redrew each floorplan in Illustrator, applying consistent line weights, shading, clear labels and a simple icon/legend system to ensure clarity and accuracy. Close collaboration with the sales and technical teams ensured all specifications and measurements were correct before artwork went to print.

Once the brochure design was established, I extended the visual identity across the wider marketing collateral, including email campaigns, advertising and printed leaflets, creating a cohesive look and feel for the full launch.

Outcome:
The brochure became a key tool for the sales team and a visual anchor for all other marketing materials.
