Project: High-value Sales Pitch Presentation

Brief:
Create a premium pitch presentation to support the sale of multi-million-pound residences within the landmark One Blackfriars development. The pitch presentation needed to feel aspirational, polished and aligned with the building’s luxury positioning in London.
Approach:
I created a refined visual narrative using full-bleed architectural photography, elegant typography and a minimal, high-end colour palette inspired by the tower’s sculptural form. The presentation was structured to guide UK and International buyers through the lifestyle, views, amenities and interior details, with bespoke diagrams and visual markers to simplify key information. All slides were designed for large-screen viewing during high-profile client presentations.
Outcome:
The final presentation delivered a sophisticated and compelling showcase of the development, becoming a key tool for sales consultants and supporting successful multi-million-pound property sales.
